Candidates for this position will be required to co-ordinate all the programs of the organization, expected to report to the managing director and assume responsibility for the direction, development and general management of the organization in any of the above named regional offices. They are expected to conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products. Analyze research and competitors’ information, develop market planning and manage the marketing budget and advertising agencies

They will also be expected to:

Provide a wide range of management duties to the head office in Abuja through the regional offices; Lead on implementing the organization’s policies. Ensuring the effective running of the offices; Provide excellent services to customers, feedback and general advice on services provided; Report monthly on the achievement of key performances through effective marketing, supervision, team building and staff development.

Should also possess the following technical competence:
A first degree or a relevant post graduate qualification in fields such as Business Administration, Social Sciences and Development Studies; A good working experience in office management; Effective customer service skills, excellent oral/written communication skills, excellent numeracy; Good level of competence in using Microsoft word and excel.
